Texas Army National Guardsmen rehearse water rescues with first responders while waiting to assist with problems from flooding in the North Texas region, Texas, May 16, 2015. The guardsmen provided light medium tactical vehicles to emplace TXTF-1 inflatable boats in flood waters to simulate potential flood victim rescues in controlled conditions.
