U.S.S HOON ARRIVES IN VEITNAM AND USS JOHN C. STENNIS RETURNS TO PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM BASE

Sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Chung Hoon (DDG 93) shift colors after arriving in Da Nang, Vietnam, for a naval engagement activity. The engagement provides opportunities for U.S. and Vietnamese naval professionals to share best practices and exchange maritime skills in humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, medical training, fire fighting and damage control, search and rescue, diving and salvage, sports and community service projects.
